Praising children is good. But as parents we should encourage effort and not apathy . Are we praising the wrong attitudes and creating entitled adults?

Movie directors are doing a good job at racial diversification but at times their cast choices go a step too far. Racial diversification on the silver screen should start with more ethnically- and racially-diversified stories. It goes beyond casting and familiarises audiences with the heritage of other groups.
